We ship all packages Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. Each package has a $100.00 insurance value on it. If the package is damaged, it is the buyer’s responsibility to bring the package to the Post Office and collect on the insurance. Once the package shows “Delivered” we have no recourse. We are not responsible for stolen packages off of steps, porches, etc.
Shipping times can be 7 to 14 business days. You will be notified if there are any issues that may cause a delay.
Refunds and Exchanges
If it’s our fault
If you are not completely satisfied with your order upon receiving it due to a manufacturing flaw, we will gladly refund the full amount, including shipping costs.
If it’s not our fault
If you are not completely satisfied with your order upon receiving it because you don’t like the item, you will need to return the item to us and once verified, we will gladly refund the purchase price; this refund does not include shipping costs.
If your purchase gets returned to us due to incorrect address given, it is the buyer’s responsibility to cover all shipping costs incurred.
If it’s their fault
We use the United States Postal Service for our shipping. Your package was insured against breakage during shipping. It is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim with USPS for any items damaged during shipping.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items to receive your refund.
